We were founded on October 12th, 2013 where we started online services by Apostle Nick & Leslie Rich to bring the spirit of God's word to his people around the world. They believe we must unite as one mind and one spirit to be accepted as his bride when he comes.

Philippians 2:2
Complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind.

All these with one accord were devoting themselves to prayer, together with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and his brothers.

Romans 15:6
That together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Whose single purpose is Building and Strengthening God’s children and His House through the Letter and Spirit of the Word as God has given/written it through the Prophets, Apostles and Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ, the Living Word of God. According to God’s command in 2 Peter 1:19-21(see below), not adding or subtracting anything from His Word as given/written.

We do this by following the example of Jesus and the Apostles as given in Acts. Teaching His Word as given/written building and strengthening His Spiritual House of Prayer, the heart, mind and spirit of our souls. Then bring those souls together by, a willing, spiritual desire in the Body of Christ. To then unite and build God’s Physical House of Prayer and Sanctuary for all His children across the world, according to the Grace of His Will and our Faith in Him through the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ.

This Ministry, Assembly, Church is by the Will of God and the Desired and Willing Obedience of the True Worshipers of God, united in the Spiritual Body of Christ. (Reference John 4:23, 24) 

This is the foundation teaching given by God that we are building from;

And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts; knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. (2 Peter 1:19-21)

If anyone teaches otherwise and does not consent to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which accords with godliness, he is proud, knowing nothing, but is obsessed with disputes and arguments over words, from which come envy, strife, reviling, evil suspicions, useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself. (1Timothy 6:3-5)

For Christ didn’t send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel—and not with clever speech, for fear that the cross of Christ would lose its power. The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! But we who are being saved know it is the very power of God. As the Scriptures say,

“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise and discard the intelligence of the intelligent.” So where does this leave the philosophers, the scholars, and the world’s brilliant debaters? God has made the wisdom of this world look foolish. Since God in his wisdom saw to that the world would never know him through human wisdom, he has used our foolish preaching to save those who believe. (1 Corinthians 1:17-21 – Isaiah 29:14)

For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: but he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. (Romans 2:28-29)

Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin. (Romans 3:19, 20)

For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter. (Romans 7:5, 6 )

And we have such trust through Christ toward God. Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God, who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. (2 Corinthians 3:4-6 )
